Fun and shareable brunch appetizer dish filled with skewers of Tyson Red Label® Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Chunks stacked between layers of fresh berries and donut holes, served with maple whipped cream and chocolate sauce for dipping.

Maple Whipped Cream
YIELD: 14 OZ.

Step 1: Preheat fryer oil to 350°F.
Step 2: From frozen, place chicken in fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. (Do NOT over pack in basket.) Cook for 6-7 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally during cooking to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from fryer and hold warm.
Step 3: Using a clean work surface create each of the skewers by adding ingredients in the following order: berry, chicken chunk, berry, donut hole, berry, chicken chunk.
Step 4: Once skewers are complete, place them onto a serving dish with side cups of maple whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Step 5: Serve immediately.
Maple Whipped Cream
Step 1: Place your mixing bowl and beaters (or whisk attachment) in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to chill.
Step 2: In the chilled mixing bowl, pour in heavy cream, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Step 3: Start mixer at medium speed, gradually increase the speed to high. Continue whipping until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes. Turn off mixer once desired consistency is reached.
Step 4: Use the maple whipped cream immediately in larger recipe.
