Cheesy Potato Bacon Crust Tart with Wright Brand Bacon

2 ½ C            
Hash Brown Style Potatoes, frozen, shredded
8 eaWright Brand Peppered Bacon, cooked, chopped
½ CAlfredo sauce, prepared
1 eaEgg, beaten
1 CCheddar cheese, fine shredded

Total Time: 55 min

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a mixing bowl combine Wright Brand Peppered Bacon, potatoes, egg, cheese, and sauce, mix well.
  3. In a standard muffin tin, line four muffin cups with two pieces of par-cooked bacon, forming a bacon crust.
  4. Fill each bacon lined muffin cup with ¼ of the potato mixture, about 1 cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 min or until the top has slightly browned and an internal temp of 145 F
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, remove and serve.
