16 oz.Cajun Alfredo Sauce (Sub-Recipe)
20 oz.AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef
1 cupShaved Parmesan, garnish

Cajun Alfredo Sauce

YIELD: 12 Oz.

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
15 oz.Alfredo sauce, prepared
4 cups.Spinach leaves, fresh
1 tbsp.Cajun seasoning
Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (medium fan).

Step 2: Spray a 2 in. hotel pan with pan spray.

Step 3: Place ten Bosco® Whole Grain Reduced Fat Cheese Stuffed Breadsticks into the pan.

Step 4: Top Bosco® breadsticks with Cajun Alfredo sauce.

Step 5: Top Cajun Alfredo sauce with AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef.

Step 6: Place it into the preheated oven for approximately 10 to 14 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Step 7: Garnish with shaved parmesan.

Step 8: Serve as needed.

Cajun Alfredo Sauce

Step 1: Cook the spinach in a sauce pot until most of the moisture is cooked out. 

Step 2: Add Alfredo sauce and Cajun seasoning. Cook until hot and starts to bubble. 

Step 3: Allow it to cool and then pour onto Bosco® Whole Grain Reduced Fat Cheese Stuffed Breadsticks
