Bratwurst with Root Vegetable Hash

Roasted American-Style bratwurst on root vegetable hash topped with fresh scallions.

Directions

Step 1

In a small cast iron skillet or sauté pan, over medium heat, add a dollop of butter and the par-cooked root vegetables. Sauté until golden brown and put pan into preheated 325° convection oven.

Step 2

Roast until thoroughly heated, top with carved American-Style Bratwurst and garnish with Scallions.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
