Bratwurst with Harvest Chutney

Grilled American-style beer brat topped with apple, bacon and onion chutney and mustard on a pretzel roll.

Directions

Step 1

For the Chutney, in a medium sauce pot over medium heat add reserved bacon fat. Add Apples and sauté until golden brown, then drain excess fat from pot.

Step 2

Add apple cider vinegar to deglaze the pan and brown sugar. Cook until sugar thickens and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Warm tender pretzel roll and add grilled American-Style Bratwurst. Top with apple-bacon chutney and drizzle with whole grain mustard. Serve immediately.
