Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
4 ea.Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Regular Sliced Flat-Pack® Bacon, 15 Lbs, 14-18 Slices per Pound, Frozen
1 ea.Green Leaf Burger Lettuce
2 ea.Tomato, sliced
1/4 ea.Avocado, sliced
1 ea.Ciabatta Roll
2 tbsp.Garlic Aioli, prepared
3 oz.Seasoned Fries, prepared, IQF
Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat flat top griddle to 350°F. Lay bacon flat and cook until golden and crispy. Be sure to turn during cooking to brown evenly. Allow to cool and crisp.

Step 2: Split ciabatta open and toast the inside face golden brown on the griddle.

Step 3: Schmear aioli on the bottom bun, then top with slices of avocado.

Step 4: Place tomato sliced on top of avocado, then top with lettuce.

Step 5: Place crispy slices of bacon on top, then finish with top half of ciabatta.

Step 6: Cook fries according to manufacturer's instructions and serve warm on the side with sandwich.
