2 ea. | Tomato, sliced |
1/4 ea. | Avocado, sliced |
1 ea. | Ciabatta Roll |
2 tbsp. | Garlic Aioli, prepared |
3 oz. | Seasoned Fries, prepared, IQF |
Step 1: Pre-heat flat top griddle to 350°F. Lay bacon flat and cook until golden and crispy. Be sure to turn during cooking to brown evenly. Allow to cool and crisp.
Step 2: Split ciabatta open and toast the inside face golden brown on the griddle.
Step 3: Schmear aioli on the bottom bun, then top with slices of avocado.
Step 4: Place tomato sliced on top of avocado, then top with lettuce.
Step 5: Place crispy slices of bacon on top, then finish with top half of ciabatta.
Step 6: Cook fries according to manufacturer's instructions and serve warm on the side with sandwich.
