5 oz. | Ricotta, whipped |
8-12 ea. | Arugula, microgreen |
3 oz. | Honey |
6 oz. | Fig Jam |
2 ea. | Black Mission Figs, fresh, halved |
Step 1: Pre-heat flat top griddle to 350°F. Lay bacon flat and cook until golden and crispy. Be sure to turn during cooking to brown evenly and crisp. Hold warm.
Step 2: Lightly toast both sides of bread slices on flat top to warm.
Step 3: Evenly spread 1 Tbsp. of fig jam on each slice of bread, serve remaining fig jam on the side.
Step 4: Evenly spread 2 Tbsp. of whipped ricotta over fig jam on each slice of bread.
Step 5: Plate on a larger platter or appetizer board. Break slices of bacon to fit evenly over toast.
Step 6: Drizzle 1 Tbsp. of honey over bacon & fig toasts. Garnish with fresh cut figs and micro arugula.
