Beef and Blue Pot Stickers

Tender steak mixed with mushrooms, caramelized onions and maytag blue cheese.  Crafted into small pot sticker sized dumpling, fried and served with a japanese horseradish(wasabi) - soy sauce



4 oz.Sliced steak, cooked 
8 ea. Dumpling / pot sticker wrappers 
2 oz. Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced, lightly sautéed 
2 oz. Caramelized Onions, small dice 
2 oz. Blue Cheese, Creamier the better 
As garnish (optional) Scallions 
2 oz. (optional) Wasabi -Soy Sauce 
  1. In a medium bowl, mix sliced steak, mushrooms, caramelized onions and blue cheese together to evenly distribute the ingredients, while at the same time, not over working the cheese.  Place approx. 1 oz of the farce top a center of a pot sticker wrapper.  Moisten the sides and seal.  Store in refrigeration until needed, covered with a damp towel and plastic wrap.

  2. Fry pot stickers until golden brown and garnish with scallions and serve with wasibi soy sauce


CREATIVE POSSIBILITIES: Can be served with sweet n sour sauce, sweet chili sauce etc.
