Pizza‑Style Beef Burger Recipe

This AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Flamebroiled Beef Steak Patty is served on a garlic butter toasted bun and topped with melty mozzarella, savory Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni and classic marinara sauce for a pizza‑inspired twist on a student favorite.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 Ea.Hamburger Bun, Garlic Butter Toasted, Prepared
1 Ea.AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Flamebroiled Beef Steak Patties, Chopped & Formed, CN
5 Ea.Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni, 14 slices per oz. 
1 Oz.Marinara Sauce, Prepared 
Directions

Step 1: To cook beef steak patties:  Preheat oven to 350°F. From frozen, place the beef steak patties onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Place in oven and cook for approximately 10 – 15 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 145°F. Remove from oven and use as needed. 

Step 2: To cook pepperoni: Preheat oven to 350°F. From thawed, place the pepperoni onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Place in oven and cook for approximately 5 – 10 minutes. 

Step 3: Place the garlic buttered toasted bun onto a clean work surface. 

Step 4: Place the AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Flamebroiled Beef Steak Patty on the bottom portion of the bun. 

Step 5: Top beef steak patty with mozzarella cheese, Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni and marinara sauce. 

Step 6: Place the top portion of the bun on top to close and serve as needed.
