Chicken Tender Bánh Mì Sandwich Recipe

2-3 ea.Tyson® Fully Cooked Homestyle Pepper Chicken Tenderloin Fritters, Frozen
1 ea.French Baguette, 6-8" Long
2-4 tbsp.Chili Crisp Aioli (Sub-Recipe)
4-6 ea.Cucumber Slices, Sliced Lengthwise
1/4 cupPickled Carrot & Daikon, Prepared, Drained
0.25 oz.Cilantro, Picked
0.25 oz.Scallions, Sliced
3-5 ea.Slices Jalapeño (Optional)
1 ea.Lime Wedge (Optional)

Chili Crisp Aioli

YIELD: 2 Cups

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 cupMayonnaise
2-3 tbsp Chili Crisp
1-2 tsp.Dark Savory Vegetable Sauce
1-2 tsp.Rice Vinegar
Directions

Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 400°F. Cook chicken tenderloins from frozen for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and hold warm for service.

Step 2: Slice baguette lengthwise, leaving hinge on one side. 

Step 3: Spread chili crisp aioli on both inner sides of bread in an even layer.

Step 4: Layer the cucumber slices on the bottom half of the sandwich, folding over if needed to ensure length of cucumber doesn’t hang over edge of the bread. 

Step 5: Place the chicken tenderloins, followed by pickled carrot & daikon, cilantro, scallion, and slices of jalapeño (optional).

Step 6: Gently close sandwich. Pair with lime wedge on the side (optional) and serve immediately.

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, adjusting quantities to taste. Stir until well combined.

Step 2: Cover and refrigerate until use.
