Spicy Pepperoni Dipping Sauce Recipe

Chopped pepperoni in a spicy flavorsome red sauce arrabiate style with sliced pepperoni and served with woodfired breadsticks.

Ingredients

Spicy Pepperoni Dipping Sauce

3-4 ea. Bread Sticks
3 oz. Hillshire Farm® Pepperoni
28 oz. Whole Tomatoes
6 oz. Roasted Red Peppers
4-6 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 ea. Yellow onion, small diced
As needed Red Pepper Flakes
As needed Basil, fresh
As needed Parsley, for garnish
As needed Olive Oil
As needed Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a large, deep pot add olive oil, yellow onions, and garlic until soft. Add the roasted red peppers, red pepper flakes, basil, and blitz with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add chopped pepperoni and warm up in oven. Finish spicy red sauce topped with parmesan cheese, parsley and serve with warm wood fired breadsticks.
