|3 lbs||Tyson ® All Natural, Rough Cut White Meat Chicken Ingredient Meats|
|1 lbs||Bacon, chopped and rendered|
|2 lbs||Cheddar cheese, shredded|
|1 cup||Cherry tomatoes, halved|
|1 pinch||Flat leaf parsley, chopped|
|12 cups||Fresh baby spinach chiffonade, sliced|
|2 ounces||Garlic Oil|
|3 lbs||Prepared pizza flatbread dough|
For the Chicken
1. In a large pan, brown chicken in hot oil for approximately 10 minutes. 2. Drain and hold for service (hot at or above 135°F, cold at 40°F or below).
For the Flatbread Assembly
1. Portion dough out to 12 4-oz pieces; flatten each piece to a ¼-inch thickness onto a greased shallow-rimmed pan. 2. Heat oven to 450°- 500°F. 3. Brush flatbread with garlic oil, reserving the remainder of oil for the spinach. 4. Portion chicken onto prepared dough; top with cheese, bacon and tomatoes. 5. Transfer into hot oven and bake until bottom of the crust is browned, about 10 -15 minutes. 6. Remove flatbread from oven. 7. Toss fresh baby spinach with the reserved garlic oil, salt and pepper arrange onto each flatbread. 8. Serve immediately.
