Yucatan Tacos

Chorizo Sausage and black beans topped with creamy orange slaw, fresh cilantro and queso fresco alongside orange wedges, cilantro and red chili sauce.

1/2Orange Juice
1/2Orange Wedges
1 ozSlaw
2 ozHILLSHIRE FARM®Diced Chorizo Sausage, Fully Cooked
1 ozBlack beans
1 tspQueso fresco
2Tortillas
3Cilantro
1 ozRed chili sauce
Directions

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl combine slaw mixture, the juice and zest of orange and stir to mix thoroughly.

Step 2

In a small sauté pan over medium-high heat, add Diced Chorizo and cook while stirring until lightly browned. Add black beans and cook until heated, then remove from heat.

Step 3

Fill the warm tortillas with the Diced Chorizo and black bean mixture. Top with the orange slaw mixture and crumbled queso fresco.

Step 4

Serve alongside fresh cilantro, red chili sauce and orange wedges.
