Avocado Ranch Dipping Sauce

Cool Mexican-inspired ranch dipping sauce with avocado, fresh cilantro and citrus juices.



3 tbsp(s)Cilantro fresh washed destemmed
1/8 tspGarlic Powder
1/8 tspGround Black Pepper
1 pinchGround Cumin dried
1/2 cupGuacamole commercially prepared
1 1/3 tspLime Juice bottled
2 3/4 tbsp(s)Orange Juice
2/3 cupRanch Dressing low-fat
4 tsp(s)Salsa mild chunky
1/3 tspTaco Seasoning low-sodium commercially prepared

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients EXCEPT the cilantro in a food processor and process until the sauce is smooth and pureed. Add the cilantro to the food processor and quickly process until the cilantro is roughly chopped. Transfer the prepared dipping sauce to a food-safe container, cover and hold under refrigeration at or below 40°F until ready to use. Two and a half tablespoons per serving. Alternatively, prepare the dipping sauce and then portion 2½-tablespoons each of the prepared dipping sauce into 2-ounce portion cups, place lids on each portion cup, and hold under refrigeration at or below 40°F until ready to serve. One dipping sauce cup per serving.
