| 3 ea./3 oz. | Egg Yolk - Pasteurized or Frozen | 
| 4 oz. | Bread & Butter Pickling Liquid | 
| 1 Tbsp. | Yellow Mustard | 
| 2 Tbsp. | Habanero Hot Sauce Yellow & Prepared | 
| 2 cups | Bread & Butter Pickles - Drained & Chopped | 
| 2 cups | Oil, canola or another neutral oil | 
| 1 ea. | Ranch Packet, Prepared | 
Step 1:  Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Heat frozen product for 10 - 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Step 2: Build by putting swicy ranch on bottom bun, followed by lettuce, the warm patty, and top and serve.

Step 1: In a food processor, combine egg yolk, pickling liquid, mustard and hot sauce.
Step 2: With food processor running, slowly drizzle in oil.
Step 3: After all oil has been emulsified fold in ranch seasoning and chopped pickles.
Step 4: Hold cold for service.
