3 ea./3 oz. | Egg, yolk, fresh or pasteurized frozen |
4 oz. | Bread & Butter Pickling Liquid |
1 Tbsp. | Mustard, yellow |
2 Tbsp. | Habanero Hot Sauce, yellow, prepared |
2 cups | Bread & Butter Pickles, drained, chopped |
2 cups | Oil, canola or another neutral oil |
1 ea. | Ranch Packet, prepared |
Step 1: Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Heat frozen product for 10 - 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Step 2: Add sweet and spicy pickle sauce on the bottom bun, followed by the swicy ranch, lettuce, warm patty and top and serve.
Swicy Ranch
Step 1: In a food processor, combine egg yolk, pickling liquid, mustard and hot sauce.
Step 2: With food processor running, slowly drizzle in oil.
Step 3: After all oil has been emulsified fold in ranch seasoning and chopped pickles.
Step 4: Hold cold for service.
