Step 1: Preheat fryer to 350°F, cook beef bites from frozen for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Hold hot for service.
Step 2: Plate sauces in separate 2 oz. ramekins.
Step 3: Plate beef bites on a plater with sauces, serve with slaw on the side.
Maple Mustard Dip
Step 1: In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients.
Step 2: Chill for 15-30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
Stout and Sharp Cheese Sauce
Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for a couple of minutes until golden (*do not let it brown)
Step 2: Slowly whisk in the stout beer, then the milk. Simmer over low heat until slightly thickened.
Step 3: Add cream cheese and stir until fully incorporated. Then add shredded cheddar a handful at a time.
Step 4: Stir in the rest of the ingredients and seasonings.
Step 5: Hold hot, serve warm.

Step 1: Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Step 2: Hold cold for service.
