Lime Vinaigrette
YIELD: 2 CUPS

2 tbsp. | Honey |
1 cup | Olive Oil |
1 tbsp. | Dijon Mustard |
1/8 cup | Shallot, Diced |
1 tsp. | Salt |
1 tsp. | Cracked Black Pepper |
Step 1: Cook wings from frozen in fryer at 350°F for 6-9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Hold hot for service.
Step 2: Cut orange, lettuce and vegetables according to the ingredient list.
Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, toss romaine, kale, cabbage, and carrot together. Lightly dress with lime vinaigrette and plate in the bottom of a shallow-but-wide service bowl.
Step 4: Place avocado slices and citrus segments scattered over the top of salad.
Step 5: Plate wings off set to one side of salad. Serve immediately.
Lime Vinaigrette
Step 1: Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or combine in a deli container and shake well until emulsified.
Step 2: *Dressing will separate during storage. Whisk together or shake container prior to use.
