Classic Pepperoni Pizza Recipe

A traditional pizza topped with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella and plenty of Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni. Baked to a golden, bubbly finish for a simple, crowd‑pleasing classic.

Ingredients

YIELD: 1 Pizza 

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.16" Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough, Thawed
6 oz.Pizza Sauce, Prepared
8 oz.Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
2 cupsHillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni, 14/oz.
Directions

Step 1: Preheat impinger oven to 475°F.

Step 2: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean work surface.

Step 3: Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust from edge to edge. 

Step 4: Top pizza sauce with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 5: Spread Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni on top of cheese evenly around entire pizza.

Step 6: Transfer the assembled pizza onto a pizza screen and slide it into the impinger oven.

Step 7: Cook for approximately 6 minutes and 15 seconds.

Step 8: Remove from oven and place pizza onto a cutting board.

Step 9: Cut pizza into 8 equal slices and serve as needed.
