Black Currant Cream Cheese Schmear

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Place Wright® Brand Naturally Applewood Smoked Bacon onto a parchment lined sheet tray.
Step 3: Place into oven for approximately 10 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 4: Place the split toasted maple apple cinnamon bagel onto a clean work surface.
Step 5: Spread the black currant cream cheese schmear across the bottom portion of the bagel.
Step 6: Place the bacon slices on top of the schmear.
Step 7: Top with white cheddar cheese and a fried egg.
Step 8: Place the top portion of the bagel on top to close and serve as needed.

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Using a wire whisk, whip all ingredients together until smooth.
Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and serve as needed.
