Turkey Sausage Pancake Stick & Hashbrowns Recipe

1 Ea.Jimmy Dean® Whole Grain Original Pancake & Turkey Sausage Breakfast Stick, 2.51 Oz.
2 Oz.Maple Yogurt Sauce (Sub-Recipe) 
3 Ea.Fresh Oranges Wedges

Maple Yogurt Sauce

YIELD: 1 Cup

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp.Maple Syrup, Prepared 
1 CupLow-fat Greek Yogurt, Prepared 
1/4 tsp.Ground Cinnamon Seasoning
Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 

Step 2: From thawed, place the Jimmy Dean® Whole Grain Original Pancake & Turkey Sausage Breakfast Stick onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan. 

Step 3: Place in oven and cook for approximately 6 – 10 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 140°F. 

Step 4: Place a serving container onto a clean work surface. 

Step 5: Place hashbrown bites on one side of the container. 

Step 6: Place a pancake & turkey sausage breakfast stick on the other side. 

Step 7: Place a portion cup of maple yogurt sauce and orange wedges in the remaining places. 

Step 8: Serve as needed. 

 

Sub-Recipe Directions

Maple Yogurt Sauce

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Using a whisk, mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and place into a clean container.

Step 4: Use as needed.
