Spicy Chicken Mini Cinni Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

A fun twist on a breakfast favorite! A crispy Tyson® Whole Grain Breaded Hot 'N Spicy MWWM Chicken Filet is sandwiched between a soft, warm cinnamon roll and finished with a sweet maple vanilla cream drizzle. This handheld combines sweet and spicy flavors students love—making it a comforting option that’s perfect for busy school days.

1 Oz.Maple Vanilla Cream Sauce  (Sub-Recipe)

Maple Vanilla Cream

YIELD: 16 Oz.

16 Oz.Low-Fat Cream Cheese Icing, Prepared
1 tsp.Vanilla Bean Paste, Prepared
1 Tbsp.Maple Syrup, Prepared
Directions

Step 1: Prepare cinnamon roll according to manufacturer's instructions.

Step 2: To prepare the Tyson® Whole Grain Breaded Hot 'N Spicy Chicken Filet: Preheat oven to 350°F. From frozen, place the spicy chicken filet onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Place in oven and cook for approximately 10 – 12 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 140°F. Remove from oven and use as needed.

Step 3: Place prepared cinnamon roll onto a clean work surface.

Step 4: Split each cinnamon roll and place the spicy chicken filet onto the bottom portion of the roll.

Step 5: Place the top portion of the roll on top of the filet.

Step 6: Drizzle sandwich with maple vanilla cream and serve as needed.

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Using a whisk, mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and place into a clean container.

Step 4: Use as needed.
