Bulgogi Beef Burger

Grilled beef patty in Korean BBQ sauce glaze, topped with a Spicy Slaw on a whole wheat bun.



Burger Ingredients

10 eaAdvancePierre™ Flame Grilled, Halal Certified, Beef Steak Burger, 2.0 oz.: 10000068180
10 eaWhole Wheat Bun, sliced
5 oz.Low sodium Korean BBQ sauce, prepared


Spicy Slaw

24 oz.Slaw mix, pre shredded 
¼ cu.Scallions, diced 
1 ozSriracha Sauce, prepared 
1 oz.Apple Cider Vinegar 
  1. Spicy Slaw – mix all ingredients the day before, hold cold until ready to build burges.  Can store under refrigeration for up to 3 days. 
  2. Lay frozen burger patties in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet trey and cook for 7-8 minutes at 400°F in a convection oven or until 160°F. Hold in warmer until ready to serve.


To Build Burger:

  1. Open sliced buns and spread 1 Tbsp of Korean BBQ sauce on bottom bun.
  2. Place burger pattie on top of sauced bottom bun
  3. Use a 2 oz. slotted spoodle to top burger patty with Spicy Slaw.
  4. Top off with top bun.
