Eggs
2 oz
Milk, whole
To taste
Salt
To taste
Pepper
2 oz
Cheddar cheese, aged, shredded
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt and pepper until combined.
Step 3
Fold steak skillet into bowl with egg mixture and pour into an oiled cast iron pan.
Step 4
Bake mixture for 15-20 minutes or until center is set.
Step 5
Take out of the oven, evenly cover with cheddar cheese and place back in the oven until the cheese is melted. Serve.
