Great way to start the day, with tender shaved steak with caramelized onions, scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese, all on a toasted bagel

3 oz.

Shaved Steak, cooked and seasoned

1 ea.

Bagel, toasted

½ oz.

Caramelized onions

2 ea.

Eggs, scrambled

2 slices

Cheddar Cheese

Show ingredients


  1. Place toasted bagel on cutting board.  On the heel/bottom of the bagel place the scrambled eggs.

  2. Top the scrambled eggs with the shaved steak and caramelized onions

  3. Add cheese slices and place under the broiler/cheese melter to get that cheese melted.  Remove from heat, place the top on the bagel sandwich.

  4. Either wrap for to-go or serve.


CREATIVE POSSIBILITIES: add mushrooms or grilled bell peppers for a Philly-style steak & egg sandwich.  Great platform for breakfast sandwiches
