Zesty Pesto Chicken Wrap Recipe

Help satisfy cravings with delicious, char-grilled Tyson Red Label® Chicken Breast Chunks with a sun-dried tomato pesto, fresh arugula, red onions, pickled pepper relish and feta cheese all nestled in a grilled wrap.

1 Ea.Pita Wrap - Warm (Commercially Available)
3 1/2 Oz.Sun Dried Tomato Pesto (Commercially Available)
1 Oz.Baby Arugula
1/2 Oz.Fresh Red Onions - Sliced Thin
4 Oz.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Authentically Grilled Chicken Breast Chunks
1 Oz.Red Pepper Relish (Commercially Available)
2 Tbsp.Feta Cheese - Crumbled

Directions

Step 1: Preheat Conventional Oven to 325°F, medium fans.

Step 2: Arrange frozen Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Authentically Grilled Chicken Breast Chunks on a pan covered in aluminum foil and lightly coated with nonstick spray.

Step 3: Heat 12-14 minutes or until warm and reserve.

Step 4: Place a pita wrap onto a pre-heated flat top grill to warm pita.

Step 5: Spread 1 1/2 oz of the sundried tomato pesto over the center of the warmed pita.

Step 6: Place baby arugula and red onions on top of the sundried tomato pesto.

Step 7: Top with Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Authentically Grilled Chicken Breast Chunks.

Step 8: Garnish with red pepper relish and feta cheese.

Step 9: Serve with remaining 2 oz sundried tomato pesto on the side.
