Slaw, Cabbage, Carrot (Sub Recipe)

1 tsp.

Cilantro, Fresh, Chpd

2 Ea.

Oranges, Fresh, Slcd, Hlf Moon, ¼ inch

Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Homestyle Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Homestyle Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.

Step 3: Cook for 6 to 6 ½ minutes and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a mixing bowl.

Step 5: Reserve

To assemble:

Step 1: Place cilantro lime rice into the bottom side of the serving bowl.

Step 2: Place the Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Homestyle Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters into a mixing bowl.

Step 3: Add in teriyaki sauce and toss to combine.

Step 4: Remove the prepared Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Homestyle Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters from the mixing bowl and place them onto the center of the dish.

Step 5: Place cabbage and carrot slaw to the other side of the dish, next to the prepared Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Homestyle Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters.

Step 6: Garnish with cilantro and orange slices.

Step 7: Serve as needed.

Directions (Step-by-Step):

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Toss all to combine.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl.
