6 oz.Yellow Queso, Prepared (Commercially Available)
4 oz.Original Philly® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef 4/2.5 LB
2 oz.Bell Peppers and Onions, Sautéed 
8 ea.Toasted Baguettes, Sliced 
Directions

Step 1: In a steamer, heat the Original Philly® Sliced Beef in the bag until internal temperature reaches 140F. Remove from the bag and drain broth. Set broth aside and hold sliced beef warm.

Step 2: Heat queso according to manufacturer's directions. Hold hot for service.

Step 3: Heat peppers and onions to 140ºF. Hold hot for service.

Step 4: Plate queso in the bottom of serving vessel. Top with sliced beef and peppers and onions.

Step 5: Serve warm with toasted baguettes on the side.
