Double Meat Calzone

1 ea. 7” Proof and Bake Sheeted Pizza Dough 
2 oz. Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Cooked Spicy Italian Sausage 
1 oz. Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni 
1 oz. Spinach Artichoke Dip 
1 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 
As needed. Egg, liquid (for egg wash) 
Directions
  1. Lay dough out flat on work surface.
  2. Place spinach artichoke dip, sausage, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese in a half moon shape on half of the dough. **Leave a ¼” lip of dough to seal up.
  3. Fold dough over toppings in a half moon shape and press closed. Take care to press any air out as you are closing the calzone.
  4. Pinch to close the edge or use the back of a fork to seal the edge.
  5. Pre-heat convection oven to 475F. Bake calzone for 15 min. or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145F.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
