6 oz.Tyson® All Natural* Low Sodium Fully Cooked Diced White Meat Chicken
3 oz.Baby Green Leaf Lettuce
1/2 cupFarro, Cooked
3 ea.Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1/2 ea.Avocado, Sliced
1 oz.Red Onion, Julienned
1 oz.Kalamata Olives
1 oz.Bocconcini Mozzarella
2 oz.Italian Dressing, Prepared
Directions

Step 1: Warm a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until warmed through and lightly browned. 

Step 2: While chicken warms, prepare a large service bowl by first adding layers of lettuce and farrow.

Step 3: For service, arrange the following ingredients over the lettuce and farro: diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, olives, and mozzarella balls.

Step 4: Pair with a side of Italian dressing and serve immediately.
