Cheesiest of Cheesesteaks Pizza Recipe

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 EA.16" Premade Sheeted Pizza Crust Dough
6 OZ.White Pizza Garlic Sauce, Prepared 
8 OZ.Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese 
8 OZ.Original Philly® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef, Thawed
2 OZ.Green Bell Pepper, ¼" Slices
2 OZ.Roasted Red Pepper, ¼" Slices
1 OZ.Red Onion, ¼" Slices
2 TBSP.Fresh Chives, 1" Slices
1 TBSP.Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions

Step 1: Remove pizza dough from freezer, cover tightly and slack in cooler prior to use. 

Step 2: Preheat impinger oven to 475°F.

Step 3: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a pizza screen. 

Step 4: Spread cream sauce evenly over dough from edge to edge, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Step 5: Evenly distribute peppers, onions and sliced beef across top of pizza.

Step 6: Place pizza into impinger and cook for approximately 6 minutes and 15 seconds.

Step 7: Remove from oven and place pizza onto a cutting board.

Step 8: Cut pizza into 8 slices. Garnish with chive and olive oil. Serve warm.
