Artisanal Meaty Trio Pizza Recipe

Meat lovers, have we got a creation for you! This pie features bright green bell peppers, melty mozzarella and a trio of handcrafted meats including Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni, Traditional Sliced Pepperoni, and Italian Sausage. Crispy, meaty, and cheesy it’s crave-worthy and crowd-worthy!




2 oz.Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni
2 oz.Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni, 14 slices per oz.
2 oz.Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Fully Cooked Italian Sausage
1 ea.

Pizza Dough, Hand Tossed, round 12”

As neededOlive Oil
6 oz.Roasted Tomato Sauce
5 oz.Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
½ CupGreen Bell Pepper, Sliced
As GarnishParmesan Cheese, Grated

Step 1 – Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use. Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.

Step 2 – To assemble each pizza: Spread the sauce evenly over crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, Hillshire Farm® Italian Sausage, traditional Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni, Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni and green pepper slices.

Step 3 - Bake in a pre-heated 450°F impinger oven for 4 mins. or until crust and rims of Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni are crispy and finish off with grated Parmesan cheese; slice and serve immediately.
