Step 1 - Heat roasted corn according to package instructions. Cool corn before combining in bowl with EVOO, lime juice and masala spice. Cover and hold cold until serving
Step 2 - Mix avocado pulp, yogurt, mint, and scallions. Cover and hold cold until serving.
Step 3 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Place frozen filets on a parchment lined baking sheet. Heat for 14 to 17 minutes. Hold in warmer until ready to serve.
