Savory Panzerotti filled with sausage, pepper and onions under roasted tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Roasted Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Green Peppers, thinly sliced
White Onions, thinly sliced
1. Cover the pizza dough tightly and slack in a cooler prior to use. Brush the crust with olive oil prior to assembling the panzerotti.
2. Pre-heat the impinger oven or fryer to 450°F.
3. Roll the pizza dough into preferable size and stuff it with the roasted tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, green pepper slices and white onion slices.
4. Fold the stuffed pizza dough and bake or deep fry it for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
