Cheesy Andouille Sausage

Andouille Smoked Sausage with green onions and zesty cheddar Mac & Cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a small sauté pan, roast 1/4 inch slices of Endless Rope Andouille Smoked Sausage in a preheated 325°F oven until golden brown.

Step 2

Remove from oven; add spicy salsa and stir. Add cooked noodles and cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Spoon into a bowl or other service ware piece and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.
