Bias-cut CheddarWurst® on a bed of creamy cheddar cheese polenta with spiced apples and green onions.
In a small sauté pan, roast CheddarWurst® Sausage until thoroughly heated and golden brown -- in a 325° convection oven. Remove from oven and allow to rest before carving.
Over medium-low heat, in a small sauce pot combine cooked polenta and cream. Stir constantly to heat thoroughly.
Remove from heat and fold in chilled cheddar cheese. Allow to rest 1 minute before plating.
Spoon Polenta mixture onto plate and top with carved CheddarWurst® sausage.
