Sliced steak, cooked
Dumpling / pot sticker wrappers
Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced, lightly sautéed
Caramelized Onions, small dice
Blue Cheese, Creamier the better
Scallions
Wasabi -Soy Sauce
Directions

In a medium bowl, mix sliced steak, mushrooms, caramelized onions and blue cheese together to evenly distribute the ingredients, while at the same time, not over working the cheese. Place approx. 1 oz of the farce top a center of a pot sticker wrapper. Moisten the sides and seal. Store in refrigeration until needed, covered with a damp towel and plastic wrap.

Fry pot stickers until golden brown and garnish with scallions and serve with wasibi soy sauce
CREATIVE POSSIBILITIES: Can be served with sweet n sour sauce, sweet chili sauce etc.
