Un-Ramen’d Noodle Bowl

Tender sirloin steak is cooked with red onions and finished with a spicy teriyaki sauce. Ingredients are placed in a deconstructed bowl joined by pickled carrots, sliced radish, steamed broccoli, edamame, mushrooms, and splashed with a lemongrass-sudachi ponzu.

Ingredients

SERVES:  1

4 oz. The Original Steak-EZE® Revolutionary Fast BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Flat Steak, Non Marinated 
¼ oz. Red onion, slivers ​ 
2 oz. Spicy teriyaki sauce 
2 oz. Pad Thai noodles (Udon or Soba will also work) 
1 oz. Carrots, fine matchsticks, pickled w/jalapenos 
1/8 oz. Radishes, cross, half moon  
½ oz. Broccoli stems, steamed 
1/8 oz. Enoki mushrooms, steamed 
2 oz. Edamame, steamed, shelled  
2 Tbsp. Scallion, including whites  
To taste Red Thai chiles, deep-bias slices ​ 
1 to 1 ½ oz. Lemongrass-sudachi ponzu sauce ​ 
¼ tsp. Sesame seeds, toasted  
Directions
  1. Cook The Original Steak-EZE® Revolutionary Fast Breakaway® Sirloin Beef Flat Steak on a flat top grill according to the directions on the box. Add red onion slivers to the steak while it’s cooking. Just before taking the beef and onions off the grill, sauce with the spicy teriyaki sauce. ​
  2. Spin your noodles and place them in a bowl. ​
  3. Place vegetables (carrots, radishes, broccoli, edamame, and mushrooms) in small individual portions (deconstructed style) around the noodles.
  4. Place the sauced The Original Steak-EZE® Revolutionary Fast Breakaway® Sirloin Beef Flat Steak at the 6 o’clock position.   ​
  5. Garnish with scallions and red Thai chiles. Drizzle on the lemongrass-sudachi and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
