Spicy Dill Pickle Ranch

1/2 tsp. | Fresh Dill Leaf, Chopped Fine |

Step 1: Preheat fryer to 350F. Fry wings in separate baskets.
Step 2: Deep fry Tyson Red Label® Authentically Crispy Spicy Breaded Wings for 5-5 1/2 minutes.
Step 3: Deep fry Tyson Red Label® Unbreaded Applewood Smoked Wings for 6-8 minutes.
Step 4: Hold wings hot until time to plate.
Step 5: Slice 4 ea. ribs off of rack.
Step 6: Place parchment paper into a large serving platter.
Step 7: Place lettuce filets on top of parchment paper.
Step 8: Place a small parchment lined bucket onto the large prepared serving tray.
Step 9: Place the cooked breaded spicy wings into a bowl and toss them in the chili crisp sauce.
Step 10: Place the dressed wings onto the large serving tray.
Step 11: Place the ibp Trusted Excellence® St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs into the center of the serving dish.
Step 12: Place the Tyson Red Label® Unbreaded Applewood Smoked Wings next to the ribs.
Step 13: Place the carrot and celery sticks onto the platter next to the prepared bucket.
Step 14: Place seasoned French fries into the prepared bucket.
Step 15: Place the fried pickles onto a side serving dish.
Step 16: Place the honey bourbon BBQ sauce and spicy dill pickle ranch in ramekins and serve on the side with platter.
ibp Trusted Excellence® St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs
Step 1: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for increased tenderness.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika. Rub ribs with seasoning mixture.
Step 3: Preheat convection oven to 300F.
Step 4: Place the ribs on a roasting rack on a sheet tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 2.5 - 3 hrs. until tender and internal temperature reaches 190-200F.
Step 5: Once cooked, remove ribs from oven and allow to rest at room temperature for a couple of minutes.
Step 6: Hot hold and slice ribs as needed for service.
Spicy Dill Pickle Ranch
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a food processor.
Step 2: Process all ingredients to a smooth consistency.
Step 3: Remove from food processor and place into a clean container.
Step 4: Serve as needed.
