Ham Panuozzo Recipe

A traditional Italian street food delight, this sandwich is crafted with soft, yet hearty pizza dough. Filled with Wright® Brand Smoked Carving Ham, baby arugula, pistachio pesto, stracciatella cheese and a drizzle of lemon honey St. Germain—each bite offers a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.16” Rectangle Pizza Dough, Folded, Baked, Cut into 6" portions 
3 oz.Crushed Pistachio Pesto (Sub-Recipe) 
4 oz.Wright® Brand Fully Cooked Smoked Carving Ham With Natural Juices - Thin Sliced
3 oz.Stracciatella Cheese
1/2 cupFresh Baby Arugula 
3 oz.Lemon Honey St. Germain  (Sub-Recipe)

Pistachio Pesto

YIELD: 14 OZ.

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 oz.Pistachio Nuts, Crushed
1 tsp.Fresh Garlic Clove, Minced 
3 oz.Fresh Basil Leaves
1 tsp.Fresh Mint Leaves
2 oz.Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3 1/2 oz. Olive Oil, Prepared 
3 oz.Canola Oil
1/4 oz.Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp.Ground Black Pepper

Honey Lemon St. Germain

YIELD: 4 OZ.

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 oz.Honey, Prepared
1/2 oz.Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz.St. Germain Liqueur, Elderflower
Directions

Step 1: Place the baked pizza dough onto a clean surface.

Step 2: Open baked dough and spread pistachio pesto across the bottom portion.

Step 3: Place the thinly sliced Wright® Brand ham on top of the pistachio pesto.

Step 4: Top ham with stracciatella cheese.

Step 5: Top stracciatella cheese with baby arugula.

Step 6: Sprinkle honey lemon St. Germain across the entire sandwich.

Step 7: Serve as needed.

Sub-Recipe Directions 

Pistachio Pesto

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a food processor.

Step 2: Pulse all ingredients to well combined.

Step 3: Remove from food processor and use as needed.

Honey Lemon St.Germain

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Mix all ingredients to well combined.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and use as needed.
