Golden Nuggets & Caviar Recipe

Tyson Red Label® Tempura Battered Chicken Nuggets tossed in gold dust served on delicate, fluffy blini pancakes spread with a dollop of smooth crème fraîche. Finished with luxurious caviar, this elegant dish combines savory, creamy, and indulgent flavors for an unforgettable bite of decadence.

Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Blini Pancake (Prepared)
1/2 tsp.Crème Fraîche 
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Tempura Battered Chicken Breast Nuggets, Cooked
1/4 tsp.Gold Luster Dust 
1/4 tsp.Sturgeon Caviar 
1/4 tsp.Fresh Onion Chive, Thin Sliced 
Directions

Step 1: To cook Tyson Red Label® nuggets, preheat oil to 350°F. From frozen, place nuggets in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. Do not over pack product in basket. Cook the product for 3-4 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking.  Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Step 2: Place the blini onto a clean surface.

Step 3: Top blini with crème fraîche.

Step 4: Place the chicken nuggets into a mixing bowl and toss with gold luster dust to coat.

Step 5: Place gold coated nuggets on top of the crème fraiche.

Step 6: Place caviar on top of nugget and garnish with fresh chives.

Step 7: Repeat and serve as needed.
