1/2 tsp. | Ground Guajillo Pepper |
1/2 tsp. | Paprika Spice |
1/4 tsp. | Garlic, Granulated |
1/2 tsp. | Fresh Oregano, Chopped Fine |

Step 1: Place the toasted baguette slice onto a clean work surface.
Step 2: Spread chorizo sobrasada across the toasted baguette slice.
Step 3: Top with roasted tomato halves, mozzarella Ciliegine pearls, balsamic pearls, and micro basil.
