This crispy, spicy chicken filet sits in between a warm brioche bun with marinated cucumbers, Japanese mayonnaise and a garlic chile sauce. It serves well with a salad for an extra crispy crunch or with a side of French fries.

|1 each||Tyson Red Label® NAE Frozen Fully Cooked Hot 'N Spicy Breaded Chicken Breast Filets|
|2 oz.||Fresh Cucumber, sliced 1/8” thick|
|1 Tbsp.||Garlic Chile Sauce|
|1 tsp.||Rice Wine Vinegar|
|1 Tbsp.||Japanese Mayonnaise|
Toss the cucumbers, garlic chile sauce and rice wine vinegar together in a bowl. Reserve cold for service.
From frozen, heat the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet in a 350°F oven for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cooking times will vary between equipment used.
Toast the brioche bun. Spread the Japanese mayonnaise onto the bottom bun.
Place the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet atop the Japanese mayonnaise.
Add the marinated cucumbers on top of the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet and top with the other half of the bun before serving.
