1 oz | Light olive oil |
6 oz | Red pizza sauce, commercially prepared |
5 oz | Pizza cheese blend, 80-part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded and 20-part Parmesan cheese, shredded |
3-1/2 oz | Sliced BONICI® Jalapeño Pepperoni |
1 oz | Pizza cheese blend, 80-part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded and 20-part Parmesan cheese, shredded |
1 oz | Fresh jalapeno slices |

As desired | Parmesan cheese, grated |

Step 1: Cover the crust tightly and slack in the refrigerator between 32° and 36°F prior to use.
Step 2: Cover the jalapeño pepperoni completely and slack in the refrigerator between 32° and 36°F prior to use.
Step 3: Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.
Step 4: To assemble each pizza: Spread 6 ounces of sauce evenly over crust. Top with 5 ounces of pizza cheese blend, 3½ ounces of pepperoni, 1 ounce of additional pizza cheese blend, and 1 ounce of fresh jalapeño slices.
Step 5: Bake uncovered, on a lightly oiled pan dusted with cornmeal or on a mesh pizza screen, in a preheated conventional oven at 450°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Step 6: Remove from oven and slice into 8 portions.
Step 7: Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper.
