Using Mexican Original® 12 inch White Heat Pressed Flour Tortillas, fill half of the tortilla with chicken and gently roll it until it resembles the shape of a flute. This dish is best served warm with plenty of shredded lettuce, tomatoes, crema, and avocado.

Preparation
Grill:
FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually seperate each tortilla. REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually seperate each tortilla. Grill Heat grill to 400°F. Heat tortillas on each side for 5 seconds. STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).
Microwave:

After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually seperate each tortilla. REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually seperate each tortilla. Microwave Stack no more than 6 tortillas and heat 45-60 seconds at high (Microwaves vary for power setting and time). STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).
Steam:
FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually seperate each tortilla. REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually seperate each tortilla. Steam Cabinet Return tortillas to bag and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than 3 dozen high. Heat to 160°F. Do not keep more than 3 hours. STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).
