Bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, blend of vegetable oils (soybean oil and hydrogenated cottonseed oil), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, potato starch with monoglycerides, dextrose, sugar, fumaric acid, mono and diglycerides, calcium propionate (preservative), and potassium sorbate (preservative).

Grill

FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla. REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually separate each tortilla. Grill Heat grill to 400Â°F. Heat tortillas on each side for 5 seconds. STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).

Microwave

FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla. REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually separate each tortilla. Microwave Stack no more than 6 tortillas and heat 45-60 seconds at high (Microwaves vary for power setting and time). STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).

Steam

FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla. REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually separate each tortilla. Steam Cabinet Return tortillas to bag and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than 3 dozen high. Heat to 160Â°F. Do not keep more than 3 hours. STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).
