Preparation

Boil


Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to internal temperature of 35-40F. Boil Heat water to a rolling boil. Add hot dogs to the water and simmer until an internal temperature of 140F.

Grill


Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to internal temperature of 35-40F. Grill Preheat roller grill on medium for 15-20 minutes. Cook hot dogs to internal temperature 140F.

Microwave


Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to internal temperature of 35-40F. Microwave Place hot dog in bun and wrap in paper towel. Microwave heat for 30-60 seconds. Allow hot dog to set for 1 minute prior to serving.

Steam


Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to internal temperature of 35-40F. Steam Prepare steam table. Place a single layer of hot dogs in steam table pan. Place pan in steamer, close door, set timer, and steam hot dogs to internal temperature 140F.
