1 ea. | Pizza crust, 12” |
5 oz. | Asiago Alfredo Sauce |
8 oz. | Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
2 oz. | Bacon |
2 oz. | Roasted Mushrooms - Quartered |
3 oz. | Red Onion - Slivers |
1.5 oz | Teardrop Sweet Peppers |
1/2 tbsp. | Red Pepper Flakes - Crushed |
2 Tbsp. | Fresh Basil & Oregano - Chopped |
Step 1: Place pizza crust on a wire pizza rack.
Step 2: Evenly spread out the asiago alfredo sauce allowing a slight area around the edge to be un-sauced. Evenly sprinkle on 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
Step 3: Top the sauce with mushrooms, onions, bacon, and cooked, chopped steak. Add the teardrop sweet peppers and sprinkle on the additional 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
Step 4: Bake until bubbly and golden brown across the top.
Step 5: Once out of the oven, garnish with the crushed red pepper flakes and chopped fresh basil and oregano.
