Carbonara Steak Pizza Recipe

The Original Steak-EZE® Thick Cut BreakAwa Sirloin Beef Steak, Lightly Marinated, and bacon on a hand-tossed crust with a rich, creamy asiago alfredo sauce. Topped with roasted mushrooms, caramelized red onions, teardrop sweet peppers, crushed red pepper flakes and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

SERVES: 1 PIZZA

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
4 oz. The Original Steak-EZE® Thick Cut BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Steak, Lightly Marinated, 4 oz.  - Cooked And Chopped
1 ea. Pizza crust, 12” 
5 oz. Asiago Alfredo Sauce 
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 
2 oz. Bacon
2 oz. Roasted Mushrooms - Quartered
3 oz. Red Onion - Slivers
1.5 oz                    Teardrop Sweet Peppers
1/2 tbsp.Red Pepper Flakes - Crushed
2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil & Oregano - Chopped
Directions

Step 1: Place pizza crust on a wire pizza rack.

Step 2: Evenly spread out the asiago alfredo sauce allowing a slight area around the edge to be un-sauced. Evenly sprinkle on 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese.

Step 3: Top the sauce with mushrooms, onions, bacon, and cooked, chopped steak. Add the teardrop sweet peppers and sprinkle on the additional 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.

Step 4: Bake until bubbly and golden brown across the top.

Step 5: Once out of the oven, garnish with the crushed red pepper flakes and chopped fresh basil and oregano.
