PREPARATION: Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. Uncooked: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a thermometer. From Frozen: Preheat Frying oil to 350°F. Place Breast Chunks in fryer basket. Do not overfill fryer basket. Cook for 6.5 to 8 minutes, shake that basket two or three times during the cook. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165F.
