MAIN INGREDIENTS

8 oz.Original Philly® Beef Sandwich Slices 8 oz.
1 cupshredded mozzarella
2 TbspOlive Oil
 Kosher salt and black pepper
1 TBSPitalian seasoning
1 TSPchili flakes (optional)
1yellow onion, sliced
1green pepper, sliced
2garlic cloves, minced
1 lbpizza dough ball
1 cupmarinara sauce, plus more for dipping
1egg, beaten, for egg wash
Directions

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2 - In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high and cook steak, about 1-2 minutes per side, then using a spatula, separate into strips and pieces.

Step 3 - In the same pan, add the onion, pepper, and garlic then season with a pinch of salt, black pepper, chili flakes and Italian seasoning. Cook until onions are slightly translucent, about 3 minutes.

Step 4 - On a lightly floured work surface, roll the pizza dough to a 10x14 inch rectangle. Once the dough is rolled out, sprinkle half the cheese, leaving a two inch border on each side.

Step 5 - Top with steak mixture, followed by a layer of marinara sauce, and finish with the rest of the cheese.

Step 6 - Brush the border with egg wash and fold the bottom and top edges over the filling, then fold the sides over twice, one inch at a time, pinching to seal.

Step 7 - Transfer to the baking sheet, seam side down and brush stromboli with the remaining egg wash.

Step 8 - Bake until firm and golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Step 9 - Cut into 6 portions and serve immediately with marinara sauce.
