Three Lil’ Pigs Breakfast Sandwich

2 Slices

Maple French toast (Using thick sliced bread or Texas Toast)

1 Egg

Sunny-side-up farm fresh eggs

1 oz.

Canadian bacon or smoked ham

2 oz.

Hash brown, fried

1 slice

Colby-Jack cheese

Show ingredients

Directions

  1. Place one slice of Maple French toast down on a plate and put the slice of Colby-Jack cheese atop the toast. 
  2. Place the fried hash brown on top of the cheese slice. 
  3. Carefully spread the Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Sausage Gravy Concentrate evenly to cover the crispy hash brown. 
  4. Top the sausage gravy concentrate with the Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Pork Sausage Patty.
  5. Top the sausage patty with two slices of Canadian bacon or smoked ham and top that with two slices of crispy Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Applewood Smoked Bacon. 
  6. Top the whole sandwich off with a sunny-side-up egg. Cover the top with the other slice of Maple French toast and enjoy!
