Buttermilk Biscuits
Cheddar cheese, aged
Sausage gravy
Poached egg
Cheese sauce
Jimmy Dean® Bacon, crispy and flattened
Chives, chopped
Splash of hot sauce
Directions
Step 1
Split a baked buttermilk biscuit and top each half with a slice of Cheddar cheese.
Step 2
Place the seared and split Hillshire Farm® Split Smoked Sausage side by side across the two biscuit halves, then drizzle the sausage gravy over the sausage.
Step 3
Top with two slices of bacon in a “X” form and a poached egg. Spoon cheese sauce over the poached egg.
Step 4
Garnish with a sprinkle of chives and a splash of hot sauce, if desired.
